Due to the containment measures in effect, your local newspaper kiosks and other small businesses, where the courier service has pick-up points or parcel shops may be closed. If the location is closed, naturally deliveries & return drop offs are not possible & service is expected to resume once the establishment reopens.
We therefore request our customers to kindly check if the location is open, before proceeding to collect or return their order(s).
